Mid-Tennessee Christmas

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Alright, Christmas is over, but it is still the season, and I am savoring the memories of our Christmas with family and friends.
One of our annual traditions for the Christmas season while living in CA was to visit the Hotel Del Coronado to view their decorations. Here in Mid TN, we visit the Gaylord Hotel. Last May, it was flooded and had a major restoration that took over six months to complete. It recently reopened, so we were able to check it out! We were not disappointed, and we could not tell it had had the devastating damage.

We had a white Christmas this year. It was the first here in 17 years! Remember my blog with the fall pictures of Lee Rd? This is the road with snow!

We are still loving Tennessee!! But we have the hitch itch again, so we will be in Mississippi and Georgia in January and February, and I will be blogging again then!
